Shipping Information:
All orders ship from our store in Tupelo, Mississippi. In stock orders received Monday - Friday will ship the following business day via USPS.
Cottontail & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date. Items must be in new condition (tags must be attached, no signs of wear, no smell) Cottontail & Co. has the right to review all returns and if not received in new condition, we cannot issue a store credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Sale items, embroidered items, custom order items, pre order items, socks/tights, teething items, seasonal items which include: back to school, pumpkins, turkey/Thanksgiving, holiday/Christmas, Valentines, patriotic holidays, Halloween. No exceptions.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed and shipping confirmed, we cannot approve a cancellation. If order is cancelled prior to shipping confirmation, store credit will be applied to customers account. If a sizing change needs to be applied, please email cottontailandco20@gmailcom and we will adjust sizing.
